✨ I’m originally from Seville, Spain, but now I call Stockholm, Sweden, my home. I’m married to a wonderful British man, and our household is a blend of three languages: Spanish, English, and Swedish.

✨ I moved to Stockholm for work when I was 39. Starting a new life in a different country was a thrilling adventure that helped me grow immensely as a person.

✨ As an introvert, I often find social gatherings, like after-work events, quite overwhelming —unless I’m the organiser, then I switch to “work mode” and everything feels manageable! After hosting events, I experience a “social hangover” and need some alone time to reset and recharge.

✨ Travel is one of my greatest passions, even when it’s for work. My ideal trip involves exploring a new city, wandering through its streets, discovering museums, little shops, and charming cafés.

✨ Busy, noisy environments and loud music, especially pop, can be quite irritating to me (yes, I know it’s an unpopular opinion). I thrive in quiet settings and often listen to brown noise to help me focus.

✨ I’ve been an avid reader from a young age, enjoying both fiction and non-fiction. Thrillers and Jane Austen novels are my favourites, even though it’s an unusual combination.

✨ Walking is my favourite way to wind down and think. There’s something about a quiet stroll through the city or a peaceful park that helps me clear my mind and find inspiration.

✨ I’m a picky eater, mainly due to food allergies, but I absolutely love the Swedish tradition of fika. There’s nothing better than a cosy café, a nice cup of tea, and a good book—it’s my happy place.

✨ My guilty pleasure is binge-watching shows like “Escape to the Country” and home renovation series like “Grand Designs.”

✨ I’ve been embracing my #grandmaera from a young age, and it’s wonderful to see more young women enjoying #slowliving —these weren’t popular choices when I was in my twenties.
